Tavistock Library offers a fun and vibrant environment, with a warm welcome to everyone. The library features 3 meeting rooms available for hire during library hours. There are lots of activities for children including story time, Bounce and Rhyme for babies and toddlers and after school Lego Club. The Home Ed group meets at the library every Tuesday morning and there is a regular Chatterbooks reading group, plus lots more going on over the summer holidays. For older customers there are scrabble groups, several Reading groups that meet regularly and one to one support with IT. The library also provides 18 public access computers, Wi-Fi, printing and photocopying and tea and coffee is available for a small donation. Tavistock Library is located opposite the bus station, close to the Wharf and town centre.
